My 2 year old Pomeranian use to go into the bathroom trashcan and ate stuff when he was a puppy, now he’s doing it again and he goes under my bed and growls at me when he eats whatever he found. I don’t know what to do other than get him out from under the bed with treats. I’m planning on getting a trashcan with a cover, but he does this with tissues too. What can I do?

Sorry it has nothing to do with the vid, but I know people answer questions on the newer videos lol

It is so funny…people who have toy crazy dogs need more control…People who have dogs that have great impulse control want a bit of that craziness. Great video and wonderful advise…again!!! Cheers.

I really like this kind of video because people are asking you the kind of silly questions that I have too, really helps to get the reasoning behind what you’re doing. Thanks as always, great work!

@nakiestona I’ve got one dog who runs the flyball course in right about 4.0 seconds and one who runs it at more like 7.5 seconds. They both have a great time!

@ShelterDogs There is more than one language in the world. The correct name of the country (a Spanish speaking one by the way) is as spelled in Spanish. Having said that, why would it be written as spelled in English?. I don’t understand why would someone get offended for something like that. *shrug*

@muschio How Many Pedants Does It Take To Change A Light Bulb?

None. A pedant can find an error in the dark.

My dog gets like this with things like ‘car rides’ or seeing animals on the road like cows or deer, or if he sees a bunny rabbit. We don’t talk about animals or car rides, or the dog parks anymore, we just get up and take him but once we are on our way he starts getting more and more excited/anxious and I dont know how to distract him in a moving car.

  16. nakiestona - January 27, 2012

@Sirelroka Ahh good to know! My dog just isnt fast enough for flyball. He does need a ‘thing’ though. Right now its swimming but we cant go all the time.

Hi Kikopup…wanna start off by saying I love your vids, I take all of your advice and it works wonders for out pit/lab retriever mix. Can you please make a video on how to break leash aggression. Our dog is wonderful w/kids, people, and does wonderful at the dog park but he gets overly anxious and aggressive while being walked on a leash. A vid would be so awesome to show us what to do…thanx
